about me

I fell in love with video production when I first used iMovie in 2009. Over the years, my passion flourished as I continued exploring the world of visual storytelling and content creation.

I currently work as a video producer at Hearst Magazines. With over five years of experience, my skillset ranges from pitching, scriptwriting, producing, shooting, and editing videos. From compelling mid-form narratives to short-form social videos, I’ve covered various topics including business, entertainment, health, technology, and culture.

As an Asian-American in the media industry, I'm an advocate for representation. I use digital media to share powerful stories and bring attention to important narratives. I strive to help shape a media landscape that embraces cultural diversity and amplifies the voices of underrepresented groups.

I take pride in my creativity and vigorous imagination, and I’m a firm believer that passion goes a long way. After fostering my skills over the last decade and graduating from Rutgers University with a BA in Journalism & Media Studies, I’m proud to say that I do what I love, and I love what do.

“Imagination is more important than knowledge. For knowledge is limited to all we now know and understand, while imagination embraces the entire world, and all there ever will be to know and understand.”

~ Albert Einstein
